Lacey Lyons
Co-President
Lacey Lyons, a proud Louisiana native, serves as Co-President of Local Restoration. A loving wife and mother, Lacey's journey into mitigation work began after experiencing her own tragedy during the 2016 Flood. She and her family lost nearly all of their belongings and endured months of displacement. This profound personal experience ignited Lacey's passion for helping others through mitigation and restoration services.
Driven by a deep sense of community, Lacey prioritizes assisting homeowners and families in their times of need. Her leadership at Local Restoration is marked by compassion, understanding, and a commitment to minimizing the impact of disasters on individuals and communities alike.
Michael McPherson
Michael McPherson is deeply committed to serving the community. After a distinguished career in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment, where he completed three combat deployments, he transitioned into the restoration industry during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This pivotal time reignited his passion for helping others in their time of crisis.
A devoted husband and father of two boys, Michael's personal experience of losing his home to a fire has profoundly shaped his approach to restoration work. He understands the trauma and frustration of such losses and is driven to provide compassionate and effective services to those in need.
At Local Restoration, Michael embodies the values of selflessness and community service. He approaches every project with the same dedication and care he would extend to his own family, aiming not only to restore properties but also to offer peace of mind and support during challenging times.
